Delivery costs
Delivery is free for all orders over £150, for orders less than £150 we charge a £4.99 postage and packaging fee.
You will be notified by the couriers about delivery times, on furniture. All other items for delivery will come either by Royal Mail or Interparcel should you be out when they deliver a calling card will be left for you with details of re-delivering goods.
Delivery times
Small items are generally posted by Royal Mail 1st class, so you should get them within 48 hours after confirmation of dispatch.
Larger heavier items are delivered by Interparcel and we work on a next day delivery service, all items that are shipped via Interparcel will arrive to you between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
If this is not convenient please contact us so we can arrange for a more convenient day. Saturday delivery or delivery by 9am or 12pm can be arranged at an additional cost, and you will need to contact us for pricing details.
Out of stock?
If in the unfortunate case your item is out of stock we will contact you immediately and let you know when you can expect delivery. If this is not acceptable we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product we will refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase providing the goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging, together with your receipt.
Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the return postage and there will be an additional postal charge for the replacement item(s). If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due.
You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.
No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date if outside the Christmas period. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note, in the case of wooden furniture and other items, where it states colours may vary, we do not pay for carriage to return items because the colour is not suitable.
