Ordering.
To order on line from the Cloggies web site, complete the details required and click the order send button. If you have any problems or need advice our staff will be only too pleased to help and advise you via email.
Collect from Store
Prices online are available for online purchases only and are not available in the store. You can purchase your item(s) at internet prices and collect from the store in the future.
Descriptions.
Descriptions are as accurate as possible but colours of images may vary slightly on photographs. Also design specifications may change slightly from time to time. All goods sold on our website comply with the EU safety and legal requirements. Most goods are covered by a 6 month warranty from the manufacturer. The warranty does NOT cover items that have been misused or accidentally damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Acceptance of Order.
Once we have received your order we will e-mail you with confirmation of your order. Due to the products being continental and mostly hand made, delivery can take up to 15 working days. If goods are out of stock we will let you know within seven days when they are due in to stock and offer you either an alternative or a refund if the expected delivery date is not suitable. Payment will be accepted by credit and debit cards, please note that we will only deliver goods to the billing address.Once an order has been accepted by us it will be a binding agreement between us. Prices include V.A.T. and delivery is only available to mainland Britain. Any orders outside the UK please contact us for delivery charges. Payment will be taken at time of order. If you decide to cancel your order this must be done within 5 working days of placing your initial order. If goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. The delivery fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of the return.
This does not apply if the goods have a manufacturing fault.
